Here is your child's homework this week. Your child needs to write the sentences on lined paper and return it to school on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2016. (N'oublie pas d'écrire ton nom). 

Here is a website to have your child practice conjugating their French verbs. As mentioned, the more your child practices, the more confident your child will become.

Friendly Reminders:

1) If you have a chance, could you please replenish your child's pencil case? Some students are low on school supplies such as: pencil crayons, colouring crayons, glue sticks, a black marker for Visual Arts and a closed pencil sharpener. It is important for your child to always have the appropriate materials to succeed. 

2) This is optional: To purchase a 'Bescherellle' to help your child conjugate French verbs easily.

*School Council Skating Party this Thursday, January 21st. It is from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.     

*PD day this Friday, January 22nd.

*Monday, January 25th, first ski/tube day. Permission             are to be returned for tomorrow, Wednesday, January 20th.

Already a week completed and we are already busy!

In Science, we are now learning the importance on how to build a strong bridge (structure) in order to sustain the forces of nature.  

I have started to teach students how to use a 'Bescherelle'. This is a great tool to find how to conjugate French verbs. If you wish, you may purchase this resource. 
It is the number Bescherelle 1 (L'art de conjuguer).
